Whether purchased for your family or as a gift, each and every selection is custom cut when ordered to insure the freshest quality possible. Each piece of meat is cut to your specification and sealed in an airtight, vacuum packed polybag, fresh frozen and packaged in a corrugated gift box. The gift box is then wrapped in another polybag, packed in dry ice and shipped in a durable styrofoam container.

We will guarantee arrival in great condition to the address designated on your order form. (Sorry, but we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address). Please check your addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward.
