Our web site is an excellent way for you to get in touch with us any time you need to. We might not be open at the time, but you can always come here and place your important orders. Orders can be placed directly through our web site using our new search engine. In addition, an order can be sent as a gift with a customized greeting. If you'd like to send additional gift orders, simply return to the order section, select the products you'd like to send, select the "gift" option on the order form, and your additional gift (with greeting) will be sent. All personal information will be kept confidential, as our website is fully secure. When ordering by mail, please enclose your check or money order made payable to Chicago Gourmet Steaks. For your convenience, you may also use your VISA, Mastercard or American Express. When ordering by phone or online, use your VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.

PERSONALIZED MESSAGES
When sending Chicago Gourmet Steaks as a gift, you can include a personal message in the space provided on the order form. When ordering by phone, please relay your message to our customer service representative.

PACKAGED WITH CARE
Whether purchased for your family or as a gift, each and every selection is custom cut when ordered to insure the freshest quality possible. Each piece of meat is cut to your specification and sealed in an airtight, vacuum packed polybag, is fresh frozen and packaged in a corrugated gift box. The gift box is then wrapped in another polybag, packed in dry ice and shipped in a durable styrofoam container.

DELIVERY ASSURANCE GUARANTEE
We will guarantee arrival in great condition to the address designated on your order form. (Sorry, but we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address). Please check your addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward.
