Packaging Process

Chicago Gourmet Steaks undergoes many steps to ensure that your meat arrives safe and in prime condition. Once your steaks have been cut they will immediately be placed into an air tight, vacuum packed shrink bag. Those Individually packed steaks will then be placed into a decorative gift box.The entire gift box is then specially wrapped again in plastic for extra protection.

Your gift box is now ready for shipment.It is placed into a Styrofoam cooler and packed with dry ice. We pack ample dry ice to keep your meat at a frigidly safe temperature during transit.
